Stunning and good location in the restaurant of the property made it easy to get to key attractions. Besides, it was right by the beach spanning the boundary wall of Beleza, local bars/restaurants and tropical gardens.

Good standard place, amiable staff in terms of service and courtesy. Amazing and beautiful location, to request for a pickup from the airport. Near to different restaurants and Chennai private beaches. Double room with balcony much better, a decent bathroom plus bar.

The location was great for trip in Colva. I ate at a particularly good restaurant with decent food.

Beautiful location short walk to the quiet and calm South Goa, and the beach which is absolutely calm, early check-in. For shots visit Fishland Bar & Restaurant, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Great way to end our trip. Good pool, parking on-site. Could use hotel's beach restaurant and spa. Savoury and delicious breakfast, nothing to complain about.

Impeccable service, the breakfast was free and they have free parking if needed. The units are functional, squeaky clean...

All in all, it's well-organized place that has absolutely courteous staff in terms of service and courtesy. I strongly recommend this hotel, liked its location.

Stayed for 5 nights and was impressed by this trendy boutique hotel. The beds were lovely, the rooms were reasonably spacious and airy with adequate privacy, everything was great. The service was top-notch, totally satisfied.

We were upgraded to newly decorated a double room with nice amenities.

It was a pretty standard hotel, no complaints whatsoever, strongly recommend. Clean place, staff was excellent co-operating and very flexible. The rooms were brand-new, modern, came with a bar, all the essentials and adequate privacy. The food was great, had lots of options.

The restaurant was pretty good with really delicious food, I tried savoury dishes. It was reasonably priced and I had Wi-Fi and a balcony. Remote location of this trendy boutique hotel was a bonus. I didn't want to leave and would like to stay there on the next trip.

our stay at beleza by the beach in colva was nothing short of amazing. the kid-friendly atmosphere was perfect for our family, with tons of activities and amenities for our little ones. the beach was pristine and peaceful, and the pool area was a great spot to relax. the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious.

Breakfast options could have been better.

We were met promptly at the airport as requested. Check in was efficient. Facilities are very nice. Breakfast was fairly good.

Wireless internet did not reach our room. Internet connect, even going near the office, was "down" about half the time. Beach access was not very clean or easy.

The hotel was really nice and clean. Staff was friendly and roomservice quite fast. The room was big, beds comfortable, views good and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. Breakfast is so far the best we've had in hotels in India.Nice pool and gym okay :) The area around the hotel is beatiful and private/ guarded walk to the beach is good.

The hotel is placed pretty far from everything, which should be noticed! WiFi connection is really bad, out of 10 days we only had connection 1 day! Prices on food are very high compared to other hotels we've been visiting. On the internet the hotel was said to have slippers, bathrobes, water for free and some other facilities which was not provided...
